Return & Exchange Conditions And Precautions

1.Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through wigsee.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s)

.2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)

3. Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in The United States. If you want the prepaid shipping label please contact us first. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.

Refund Policy

1.Refund will be processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected.

2.A refund will be directly issued to your original payment account within 5 days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. You can choose any logistics company to send returns, and you need to bear the postage yourself. We will receive the goods promptly and process the refund within 2 days.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
